He successfully guided me through the process of leasing a condo, and was professional during the entire time. Upon moving in, I unfortunately ran into some HOA Management issues regarding parking. Reggie is great! My partner and I are pretty picky, and had specific ideas for what type of townhome we wanted to rent, what type of neighborhood we wanted it to be in, and what general area. He hit the nail on the head with the second property we visited. He was constantly available to help with anything we needed, and even met us late on a weeknight to help us notarize a form with our new landlord so we could switch the utilities into our name. This was after we had already signed the lease and moved in, so it was beyond the call of duty. Thanks so much Reggie! When we're ready to buy a home in a few years, you'll be hearing from us for sure.

Reggie was fantastic. He went above and beyond despite not receiving any compensation for his services from us. He was very friendly, accommodating, hospitable, everything you could hope for in a realtor. We were on a time crunch and he made us feel at ease, instead of stressed like moving usually is. I believe that Reggie considers the client first. In my experience, he made himself available on New Year's day to present available apartments within the city/location that I was looking for at the time.
